We will exchange or issue a full refund for merchandise that is returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and received within 30 days from the original purchase (invoice date). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment less any shipping fees, discounts or coupons used if applicable.
Exchanges/Returns made without a receipt and/or packing list will be made at our discretion. If approved, your return credit will be in the form of a store credit to be used at www.flaphappyshop.com Gift orders are eligible for exchange only. At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than www.flaphappyshop.com.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above terms and conditions.

Step 1: Complete the return form and include with the items you are returning (please make a copy of the invoice for your records).
Step 2: Affix the return address portion on the return form to the package or envelope.
Step 3: Keep your shipping records just in case a proof of delivery is necessary. We recommend insuring your package and using a shipping method that can be tracked. We are not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
